David Wayne Otto, 50, of New Buffalo, died in Indianapolis, IN on Sunday, January 15, 2012. Arrangements have been entrusted with Sommerfeld Chapel of New Buffalo. David will be cremated and services will be held at a later date. Memorial contributions may be made to the American Heart Association. David was born on May 30, 1961 in Michigan City, IN to John and Patricia (Skeldon) Otto. He was a 1979 graduate of New Buffalo High School. David worked as a carpenter in home construction. He loved to hunt and fish.
David is survived by his father and step-mother, John and Julie Otto of White Cloud, MI; three sisters, Tammy (Joe) Cuellar of Round Lake Beach, IL, Debbie (Scott Mignery) Otto of Three Oaks, MI, and Roxanne Otto of Union Mills, IN; two brothers, Victor (Cindy) Otto of McCullom Lake, IL and Robert (Cheryl) Otto of Sumter, SC; and four nieces and three nephews. He is preceded in death by his mother Patricia (1999).
